QuickBooks Cleanup
If your books are behind, disorganized, or just don’t feel right — you’re not alone.
Cleanups are perfect for business owners who need assistance on getting their books back on track. Whether you’re a little behind or a lot behind, your account will be reviewed, corrected, and brought up to date.
Timeframe: Between a several months to a year of historical data, depending on your needs.
This service is billed as a separate, one-time fee and can be added to the Monthly Bookkeeping Services if you’d like ongoing support after the cleanup is complete.
QuickBooks Account Set-up
This service is specifically for new QuickBooks users, and it’s included into the Monthly Bookkeeping Services if necessary.
- Creation and set up of your new QuickBooks account from start to finish.
- Assistance with bank account syncing and verification that all transactions are successfully imported.
- Proper syncing and importing sales transactions from POS platforms like Shopify, Square, and similar systems.
Standard Foundation Bookkeeping
Ideal for start-up and growing businesses who need basic and consistent monthly bookkeeping support.
This service plan creates the base foundation and clarity you need to confidently understand your profit in order to make smart investments and business decisions.
My monthly bookkeeping services are designed to provide comprehensive support and ensure your financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
All financial transactions such as sales and expenses
Ensure that all transactions from the bank accounts have been successfully transferred into QuickBooks and categorize them to the appropriate accounts in the chart of accounts.
-Process credit card transactions
-Process Checking and Savings accounts
The reconciliation process ensures that your books match your real bank balances and that all transactions captured and imported from your bank statements.
A thorough overview of your books to ensure that all bank transactions have been processed correctly, and to help identify any potential issues or tasks that have not been completed.
-Final review of the Balance sheet and Profit and Loss reports.
-Verify that the data within the balance sheet are accurate, and ensure it matches information held in other reports and statements.
The financial statements provided will be the Balance Sheet, the Profit and Loss, and the Statement of Cash Flows.
Each month, you’ll receive a clear and easy-to-understand in depth overview of your reports and statements to highlight your financial performance, and help identify revenue trends.

Premium Full Service Bookkeeping
For established businesses that require full-service, attention to detail, and reliable in-depth management. Ideally for high-transaction volume, invoice and vendor bill tracking, and inventory maintenance
Each service is completely optional and depending on your role of involvement in this process, it can be adjusted to fit your needs!
Includes everything in Standard, plus:
Accounts Receivable is a multi-step process that involves creating invoices, sales receipts, and recording the recieved payments.
1. Creating the invoice or Sales receipt
2. Receiving and recording the payment
3. Adding the payment into undeposited funds
4. Recording a deposit transaction once the balance has been physically deposited into the bank.
Accounts Payable involves entering vendor bills and completing the payment process.

Reviewing A/P aging reports
Efficiently track sales and expenses, manage inventory, manage fluctuating cash flow, and ensure compliance with all sales tax regulations.
-Recording sales tax on invoices and sales receipt transactions for any service/product item that are marked as taxable.
-Recording sales tax payments and adjustments on any outstanding sales tax returns.
Starting at $500-1,000 + a month based on invoice and transaction complexity.
Admin and Invoice Management
Running a business means balancing client relationships, projects, and the many administrative tasks that keep everything running behind the scenes.
My Admin & Bookkeeping Support service plan combines essential administrative assistance with organized invoice management to help keep your business financially structured.
This all-in-one streamlined solution ensures both your operations and client payments are handled efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing and filing new client payment information
- Setting up recurring payment schedules
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Monitoring outstanding balances and track missed payments
- Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner to follow up on collections.
- Recording and maintaining organized payment records
The administrative work remains minimal and focused primarily on documentation, invoicing, and email follow-up correspondence, but the impact is significant.

In order to price my work accurately, I offer three options:
Option 1: Provide access to your QuickBooks online account to perform an overview of your account and calculate the workload.
Option 2: The last 3 months of your bank and credit card statements, and the most recent reports of your Balance Sheet, and Profit and Loss from QuickBooks. This includes a total of 8 documents.
Option 3: If you don’t have a QuickBooks account, no worries! The last 3 months of your bank and credit card statements will be just fine.
