My journey into bookkeeping was driven by a genuine desire to help creatives and freelancers feel in control of their finances, not overwhelmed by them. As a business owner and artist myself, I’ve experienced how easy it is to feel lost in the numbers, especially when your energy is focused on serving your clients and growing what you offer.
For that very reason, I created my Bookkeeping business to help others break free from the weight of financial overwhelm, regain clarity, and reconnect with the passion that inspired you to pursue self-employment in the first place.

QuickBooks Cleanup
If your books are behind, disorganized, or just don’t feel right — you’re not alone.
Cleanups are perfect for business owners who need assistance on getting their books back on track. Whether you’re a little behind or a lot behind, your account will be reviewed, corrected, and brought up to date.
Timeframe: Between a several months to a year of historical data, depending on your needs.
This service is billed as a separate, one-time fee and can be added to your own personalized Monthly Bookkeeping plan if you’d like ongoing support after the cleanup is complete.
QuickBooks Account Set-up
If you’re new to all this accounting jazz and have no clue where to start, I’ve got your back! The accounting platform where I operate and manage my client’s records all happens on QuickBooks Online.
I create your bookkeeping system with a smooth and easy process by firstly setting up your new account, syncing your bank accounts to transfer all of your financial data, and ensuring you have clean beginning numbers for your balance sheet.
This service is specifically for new QuickBooks users, and it will be included in your Monthly Bookkeeping Services plan if needed.
- Creation and set up of your new QuickBooks account from start to finish.
- Assistance with bank account syncing and verification that all transactions are successfully imported.
- Proper syncing and importing sales transactions from POS platforms like Shopify, Square, and similar systems.
Standard Bookkeeping
My Standard bookkeeping service plan is ideal for beginner freelancers and growing business owners who are in need of the bookkeeping basics. A simple structure, and a consistent monthly bookkeeping workflow that ensures your financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
All financial transactions such as sales and expenses
Ensure that all transactions from the bank accounts have been successfully transferred into QuickBooks and categorize them to the appropriate accounts in the chart of accounts.
-Process credit card transactions
-Process Checking and Savings accounts
The reconciliation process ensures that your books match your real bank balances and that all transactions are captured and imported from your bank statements.
A thorough overview of your books to ensure that all bank transactions have been processed correctly, and to help identify any potential issues or tasks that have not been completed.
-Final review of the Balance sheet and Profit and Loss reports.
-Verify that the data within the balance sheet are accurate, and ensure it matches information held in other reports and statements.
The financial statements provided will be the Balance Sheet, the Profit and Loss, and the Statement of Cash Flows.
Each month, you’ll receive a clear and easy-to-understand in depth overview of your reports and statements to highlight your financial performance, and help identify revenue trends.

Premium Full Service Bookkeeping
For established businesses that require additional services, reliable in-depth management, and multi-step organization. Ideally for high-transaction volume, invoice and vendor bill tracking, and inventory maintenance.
Each service is completely optional and depending on your role of involvement in this process, it can be adjusted to fit your needs!
Includes everything in Standard, plus:
Accounts Receivable is a multi-step process that involves creating invoices, sales receipts, and recording the recieved payments.
1. Creating the invoice or Sales receipt
2. Receiving and recording the payment
3. Adding the payment into undeposited funds
4. Recording a deposit transaction once the balance has been physically deposited into the bank.
Accounts Payable involves entering vendor bills and completing the payment process.

Reviewing A/P aging reports
Efficiently track sales and expenses, manage inventory, manage fluctuating cash flow, and ensure compliance with all sales tax regulations.
-Recording sales tax on invoices and sales receipt transactions for any service/product item that are marked as taxable.
-Recording sales tax payments and adjustments on any outstanding sales tax returns.

How to request a quote:
Once your inquiry is received, I will guide you through the next steps of the process. In order to price my work accurately, I will need access to any of these three options for you to choose from:
Option 1: Access to your QuickBooks online account to perform a thorough overview and calculate the workload needed.
Option 2: The last 3 months of your bank and credit card statements, and the most recent reports of your Balance Sheet, and Profit and Loss. This includes a total of 8 documents.
Option 3: If you don’t have a QuickBooks account, a Balance sheet, or a Profit and Loss report, no worries! The last 3 months of your bank and credit card statements will be just fine.
After your submission is complete, you’ll get direct access to me, and I’ll be able to answer any questions or concerns you may have about my services.
